# Add more resources to one account
Source: https://docs.webgee.com/en/reseller/resource-boost-how-can-i-add-more-resources-to-an-account-within-my-reseller

Give one account under your reseller more resources than the default. Applies to
reseller accounts.

**Resource Boost** doubles **RAM, CPU and entry processes** for a single cPanel
account. It is per account, not per reseller — other accounts are unaffected.

## When it is the right answer [#when-it-is-the-right-answer]

* **A WooCommerce or e-commerce site** consistently near its limits
* **A short campaign** expecting a burst of traffic
* **One client outgrowing the plan** while the rest are fine

## When it is not [#when-it-is-not]

<Callout type="warn">
A Boost raises the ceiling. It does not fix a site that is hitting limits
because something is wrong — a plugin querying without limits, WP-Cron on a
busy site, or a compromised installation consuming resources doing someone
  else's work.

Check **cPanel → Resource Usage** on the account first. If the cause is a
fault, boosting doubles the ceiling and the fault reaches it too.

## Order one [#order-one]

From the WebGee client area, against the account you want boosted. It stays
active until cancelled.

## Check it worked [#check-it-worked]

**cPanel → Resource Usage** on the boosted account shows the new limits. Faults
against CPU, memory and entry processes should stop.

Disk space and bandwidth are **not** affected — a Boost does not increase either.

## If one account keeps needing more [#if-one-account-keeps-needing-more]

At that point consider whether it belongs on shared hosting at all. A site
consistently needing double the resources of everything around it is usually
better on Premium hosting or its own VPS — see
