# Update your account details
Source: https://docs.webgee.com/en/account-billing/where-can-i-update-my-account-profile-details

Change the details held against your WebGee account. Applies to every account.

## Update your profile [#update-your-profile]

1. Sign in to the [WebGee client area](https://my.webgee.com).
2. Select your name, top right.
3. Select **Account Details**.

From there you can change your name, company, address, phone number and email
address.

<Callout type="warn">
  Your email address is where invoices, renewal reminders and password resets are
  sent. If it stops working you can lose access to the account and the services
  billed to it — update it **before** retiring an address, not after.
</Callout>

## Change your password [#change-your-password]

Under **Security Settings** on the same menu. Use a long, unique password —
this account can order services and change your domains.

Two-factor authentication is available in the same place and worth enabling.

## Add other contacts [#add-other-contacts]

**Contacts/Sub-Accounts** lets you add other people with their own sign-in, and
choose what each receives — invoices, support tickets, product notifications.

This is better than sharing one login: each person has their own credentials,
and removing someone does not mean changing a shared password.

## Keep billing details current [#keep-billing-details-current]

Under **Billing → Payment Methods**. An expired card is the most common reason a
renewal fails, and a failed renewal starts the suspension clock — see
[What happens if you do not pay on time](/en/account-billing/what-happens-if-i-dont-pay-on-time).
